In campervans, motorhomes, and caravans weight is such an important factor. The Duvalay range of mattresses balance comfort, practicality, and weight. This guarantees you the best night’s sleep when you are away from home.

Need to replace your existing motorhome or caravan mattress?

Motorhome & caravan mattresses come in all shapes and sizes. So it can be a challenge to find replacements if you need to change or renew your mattress.

All our mattresses can be made to any shape or size. They can be manufactured in 1 or 2 pieces with or without a hinge.

All we need is the make, model, and year of your vehicle. We will confirm the sizes from our extensive database of vehicles. If we don’t already have your model on file, we will work with you to help you measure your mattress to ensure a perfect fit!

Self-build campervan Mattresses

Many people now self-build their campervans or motorhomes. If your self-build design needs a non-standard mattress, we can make it for you. Just send us a drawing of the mattress you need and we can have it made to your exact requirements.

The Custom D-Roll 6-inch Mattress

The Custom D-roll mattress is a mattress in a box! Made from 6-inches of high-quality foam, and delivered in a box. This makes it easier to install in your campervan or motorhome. The D-Roll mattress is lightweight and fire retardant. This makes it ideal for use in caravans or motorhomes.

Comes in 2 foam choices:

Gold Memory Foam. The gold mattress uses the finest memory foam. This gives supreme full-body support and comfort. It is the most affordable mattress in the range.

Freshtec Foam. If you get too warm in bed or plan to travel on the continent, you will love the Freshtec foam. Specially developed to give 30x more airflow than standard memory foam. It will keep you cool and is perfect for those who find memory foam too warm.

The Custom D-Lite 6-inch Mattress

The D-lite mattress combines 100% recycled Duvalite fibres and Freshtec foam. This mattress is also hypoallergenic. It is 45% lighter than a standard mattress, important when every kilogram counts. Look after the kilos and the mpg’s will look after themselves!

This mattress is used in some Swift caravans – known as the Swift Apollo Luxe Mattress.

The Custom D-Luxe 8-inch Sprung Mattress

The D-Luxe mattress is the Rolls Royce of the range! If you are looking for a pocket sprung mattress to rival your bed at home, this is the mattress for you! This sprung mattress will minimise disturbance when your partner rolls over. Meaning a better night’s sleep for you both! Available in any shape or size, it is the ultimate mattress for your caravan or motorhome.
